Traveling North on I77 between 8-8:08pm I saw the bright ball shoot above my car in the sky for about 2sec it's wasn't that high probably 10k feet maybe higher, but it was easy to see I didn't have to focus on it to see it while driving.It was bright white and just went in a straight line. It went right over me in the same direction as I was headed (North). And as soon as my eyes followed it for about 2sec. it was gone. It had gone from a bright white to black since it went out of my sight extremely fast. (Ie it was gone as fast as it came). It was faster than any fighter jet I've seen at the Cleveland Airshow. Right after that I looked over to my left to the Airport. I saw there was a commercial Jet approaching the Akron Canton Airport (CAK) heading South approaching between 8:00pm- 8:08pm. The Pilots have had to seen the Bright White ball . Also, I live in the area. and fly in and out of CAK Landing is done headed Southwest over State rd and I77 from the Northeast. I've never seen jets approach landing from the North- Greensburg rd. heading directly South into CAK. That was just another observation I noticed. |
