| Remarks | I don\'t know the exact time (although I could ask my wife and she\'d know pretty close) but it was roughly 7AM Central time. But the sky was still pitch black. I was messing with my swimming pool equipment, and suddenly the ground lit up like daylight. I turned my eyes toward the sky to see a MASSIVE \"shooting star\" like object streak across the sky. It was brighter than any meteor I\'ve ever seen. I\'m 100% certain that it was an object entering the earth\'s atmosphere. And it left a trail of smoke - again, unlike any shooting star I have ever seen. I ran inside, got my wife out there to look too, and she could see the lingering plume of smoke. |

| Remarks | a white light train, followed by a smoke train which lingered. The smoke lingered at least 30 seconds. I ran inside, grabbed my wife, showed her the sky and she could see the smoke plume too. |
