Remarks | Considering it was still daylight, the object was very bright. There was no visible tail. It appeared suddenly, brightened (appearing to be larger) as is moved across the SE sky, and dimmed (becoming smaller) until it disappeared (still above the horizon) It was perfectly round and appeared to be moving at a velocity (rate of descent) comparable to meteors I've seen in the night sky. |
