Remarks	I was sitting in my living room around 1950 hours PDT and observed a very bright light outside a south facing window. I ran out the front door and observed a slow moving (compared to a metor) whit and blue light moving across the southern sky from west to east. I did not observe the object extinguish, as its path fell in front of my neighbors house.
