Reports Report 3301bd (Event 3301-2017)

Observer
Name Gilles O
Experience Level 5/5
Remarks Seen from dome of 10" telescope at Old Observatory. Ending azimuth constrained by dome slit and therefore only lower limit. We were looking at the tower of city hall using the telescope. Relatively thick cloud cover, just about able to see big dipper when you stared straight at it, ~3 magnitudes extinction due to the cloud cover. Magnitude estimate not corrected for extinction. Azimuths have large uncertainty (+/- 20 degrees) due to being in a dome.
