Remarks | I saw three very bright, silent flashes of light, illuminating my surroundings like an enormous camera flash. At the third flash I looked up to see the fireball halfway overhead. The front was a bright white ball and it was followed by a long gold tail. The fireball and tail disappeared after a second or two as if it had burned out. The entire event from first flash to burnout was approx 3-5 seconds. |
