Terminal flash
Observation Yes
Remarks I actually didn't see the flash in the sky. I was observing M15 and writing in my log. I saw the flash as it lit up the Greater Hazleton Astronomical Society's dark site. The ground effect was much brighter than a full moon. More like a bright white flash. It actually startled me. I turned to my left and saw the green fragmentation in the sky.
Fragmentation
Observation Yes
Remarks Best way to describe it: A Roman Candle
