This was the most intense thing I have ever seen. It lit up like day. We did not see anything but a ring or ball of fire the didn't move and went out directly above us as the light went back out. It was so smokey that we didn't see it streak across the sky. It supposedly ended about 30 miles from us. We were directly under it.
