Remarks Please feel free to contact. I originally thought this was the brightest and longest falling star I've seen but, today learned that the fireball reported matched the time I saw my "falling star". I actually had sent a text to my husband noting this event immediately following it so I am confident about my viewing time. I want to specify that it felt like it was about 10-12 seconds long. The time gaps are big so I chose 5-10 instead of 10-30 seconds. Also, the fireball moved across the sky, but away from me. The glowing train was vivid! It was a long green, lime green trail with red or orange-red little glow at the tip. However, toward the end of my observation, the trail became smaller and it was a bright star, similar to seeing Venus, and then it faded to nothing. It did slightly freak me out because as it was moving away and slightly downward, I thought there was a possibility of it crashing. Yet the light diminished. I don't know what fragmentation is, but I figured I would explain more this way. I was in the Target parking lot in Stroudsburg, PA. There was another witness with me, but I don't know anything about her. I was in complete awe at the beautiful sight. It seemed like it appeared close!
