Remarks thin white line that became mutiple lines as it broke up

Remarks Thin white line first 30 degrees; then dark for 5 degrees; then bright green-blue 10 degree; then much brighter 2 degrees; then for next 10 degrees it had mutiple (5 or 6) small fragments and larger green white center with center going flash-dark first then fragments dark a half second later.
