Remarks | We were in the back yard eating when my youngest yelled out. When we turned, we all saw the meteor or fire ball, It lasted long enough for me to think someone was shooting a bottle rocket since its close to the fourth of july. It lasted a good few seconds until it exploded in two but with no sound. I guess im an amateur meteor spectator or what wever you call em and i have seen many falling meteors, since i live in the country but this one was the biggest one i have seen. The thing about this one is that it was not completed dark outside, the sun had set already but there was still daylight outside. I had never seen one that early in the evening. It was bright and the whole family saw it.( That was the cool thing). |
