Remarks | This was seen in the Boundary Waters in Northern Minnesota. I was laying in my hammock, facing up in the direction indicated, when all of a sudden the bright ball in the sky appeared above me and moved through the sky. I thought it looked purple, but my boyfriend saw the later/end of the display, and he said it was orange/yellow. Possible that it changed colors?? Very, very cool. |
