Reports Report 1446c (Event 1446-2017)

Observer
Name Donna A
Experience Level 1/5
Remarks This was very wide and bright blue line with a white (could have been a fire tip) tip as it fell to the ground. I have never seen anything like it. It was extremely close. I was on my way to work sitting at a red light so I couldn't stick around to see if there was any smoke or anything else that may have been left behind. There did appear to be what looked like smoke around the white tip. I'm positive this made contact with the ground.
