Amazing colors. Fireball was green with orange tail. It became visible at approximately the height of a flare gun signal or firework. It fell straight to the ground and to me seemed visible until just before reaching the ground. The whole sighting maybe lasted 4 seconds. I was sitting still in my car, with the car facing SW. I saw the fireball out the left drivers window. I did have windows down but did not hear sound that I'm aware of. I was sitting in traffic due to a wreck with emergency equipment and life flight helicopter noise. It would have been hard to tell if it made noise. It was very exciting!
