Driving in car, first noticed high in sky thru the windshield. Appeared bluish green. Seemed as bright as a flare. Only last a couple of seconds. May have been visible before I noticed it.

Became brighter just before it disappeared. Right before it disappeared, it seemed to break into 3 parts, one large and two very small.
