Remarks | Observed while driving on I-43 north near Newton, WI. Light green flash coming from behind me, then intensifying in brightness to the point of near daylight levels of light in a bright flash. Light then faded out in 1-2 seconds. Difficult to ascertain direction or movement of flash, as I was driving at the time and flash was quite bright at its peak. |
