Brightness estimation might be skewed. I was in my car and the fireball was high enough that it was in the tinted portion of my windshield. I've estimated as best as possible (imagining the full moon in that same part of my windshield), but I am less confident of that measurement.

Near the end of the fireball, the object appeared to break into two to three pieces that burned briefly before extinguishing
