Reports Report 5388a (Event 5388-2016)

Observer
Name Bruce L
Experience Level 4/5
Remarks During its fall this meteor displayed a trail the length of your thumb at arms length with the same intensity of the meteor itself during the entire fall. Very visible to the right of downtown Denver from my perspective and falling roughly in a straight line through the handle of the Big Dipper. Too many street lights in my eyes to get an accurate star fix during the event. It moved slightly from east to west (falling 20 deg north) and may have appeared over my head, but I didn't notice it till it entered my field of vision.
