Remarks I was sitting at a 2nd fl. table at work eating my lunch and just happened to be facing the ocean and saw this meteor. It was the most brilliantly colored majestic thing I have ever had the opportunity to see! It truely was amazing! I ran up to the beach soon after to see if I could see anything, but didn\'t. . .well actually I found a baby harp seal sunning itself. . .something else i had never seen. What an awesome 15 minutes I had! Of course I was so surprised at what I had just seen that I couldn\'t get the words out quickly enough to get anyone to turn around quickly enough to see anything. I was teased unmercifully that I was going to see little green men when I got up the street to the beach. There are a row of scrubby pines 2 houses up from our office and they blocked my vision to see to the beach/ ocean and where the meteor landed in the water. I have no idea how far out it was.I would love to hear any info you could tell me.Thanks so much!
