I read the reports of a large meteor seen from Philadelphia to New York and going East towards the Atlantic on Feb 14.
I am not sure of the timing, but the object that I am reporting seemed to be falling vertically when looking East.
So either it is the same sighting with a perspective effect (it could have been flying away from my posiiton) or I saw a fragment of the object that may have fallen separately and more vertically.
PS I am an aerospace engineer but not an astronomer...

Remarks
Glowing yellow-green, maybe 15 degrees long and quite large (maybe 0.5 degrees). I could not distinguish the train from the object itself. Or maybe the object was already disintegrating since the light stopped about 15 degrees above the horizon.
